Cavallina Bianco Riserva 40% 0,7L

The Italian Zanin distillery began distilling two products in 1895 - Vintage Cavallina Bianca Grappa and Nobile Cavallina Bianca Grappa. The main ingredient for production is the pomace of white and red grapes. After fermentation, the pomace is distilled in traditional copper alembics. The resulting Grappa matures in steel tanks before bottling. Cavallina Bianco Riserva is aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months before bottling. Cavallina Bianca Riserva is dark amber in color. On the nose, it has an intense and persistent aroma with fruity notes. On the palate, it is soft. It has a rich and attractive taste.
